Area Frequency Procedure
1 Cabins Daily Clearing Dustbins, Dust the Work Tops, Clean & Wipe Computers & Peripherals, Spot Clean the Pin – Up Boards, Replenish Drinking Water. Work Tops would be scrubbed weekly. Carpeted Floor would be vacuum cleaned Daily.
2 Toilets Hourly
  • Urinals & W/C’s would be thoroughly cleaned as per procedure during second Shift.
  • The same would be well maintained throughout the day by Hourly Inspection.
  • Taps & Fixtures would be polished in 2nd Shift and maintained Dry & Shining Hourly.
  • Mirrors would be polished & Maintained Clean.
  • Tiles, Floor & Doors scrubbed thrice a week & maintained clean daily
3 General Floor Daily Hard Floors Hourly with wet Mop & Dry Mopped as and when Required.
Weekly / Monthly Machine scrubbing would be done once a week for the entire Hard Floor Areas
4 Carpets, Sofas, Furniture & Chairs Daily
  • Carpets, Sofas & Upholstered furniture would be vacuum cleaned daily.
  • Chairs would be cleaned daily.
Weekly / Monthly
  • Spotting would be done weekly or daily if necessary.
  • Shampooing would be done Monthly
5 Window Glasses & Channels / Frames Daily Window Glasses would be cleaned with good Glass cleaner & wiped dry daily. Channels or Frames would be vacuum cleaned weekly & dusted daily.
Weekly Fly Screens would be cleaned weekly
Note: Glasses not accessible from inside and any structural glazing would not be covered under our scope.
6 Switch Plates, Handles & other Fittings Daily Switch Plates, Handles & other Fittings would be wipe cleaned daily
Weekly Weekly scrubbing to maintain free from finger marks
7 Window Blinds Weekly Window Blinds would be vacuum cleaned weekly & Spot Cleaned if necessary

Taking into consideration the requirement of your business nature our selection of the employees entails a personal interview followed by thorough reference check. Our instruction to the staffs involves combination of method of work, which includes hand-on demonstration and printed instruction. This is to ensure that our workers will be able to execute the task given accurately and confidently.

The system employed to monitor our client’s properties and facilities and with our experience enables us to effectively handle the labour demands and the financial requirement of any account we contract. Our personnel management techniques are unique and centered on cost control and provide a quick response to client need as they change throughout the year.

It is the intention of SPARKLEAN that our client’s premises are kept in a neat and clean condition at all times. The specification submitted herein will be considered minimum requirement. Therefore this specification will only be referred to as a guide rather than limitation to the services required to effectively maintaining the facility.

The facility is to be staffed to maintain an optimum condition of cleanliness. At any time, if the client feels that the level of cleaning is unacceptable, SPARKLEAN will adjust its staff to take the necessary measure to overcome the situation.

Staffs shall be adjusted as required to accomplish any periodical maintenance herein specified without abandoning the daily janitorial services. Any extra services will be performed at a predetermined rate agreed by both parties.
